My Story
As a young boy growing in Washington, DC, I always enjoyed the art of cooking. However, it wasn’t until I became an adult and was introduced to Chef Raymond Blanc’s online videos and T.V. shows that I was inspired by French cuisine. Pierre Herme, a noted French baker, was also a major influence.

The elegance and architecture of how the cuisine was presented and tasted was intriguing and I yearned to learn more. I began purchasing cookbooks and eventually began teaching myself how to bake French-inspired pastries.
I started sharing my desserts with friends and family. Once I saw their reaction to the food I prepared, it inspired me even more to continue to pursue this further. Today, with a lot of encouragement from family and friends, who continued asking me when I was going to start my own pastry business, I decided to give it a try. My desire is to share my love of baking with you.
